URI & UMN COPs Sponsor Residency Scholarships!
The University of Rhode Island & University of Minnesota Colleges of Pharmacy became the first colleges to fully fund PharmGradWishlist residency scholarships! These will be awarded directly to selected applicants from each school. URI awarded one full scholarship and UMN awarded two. Their donations will now allow three additional trainees to receive funding.
The crowdfunding campaign for residency scholarships went live September 1 and the PGWL team wasn't sure what to expect in terms of numbers of applicants or funding. We were striving for 5 fully funded scholarships and we now have 12 crowdfunded scholarships and 3 sponsored by colleges. With over 40 applicants, we are still striving for more!
Scholarship applicants are from all over the US, listed below. See your school or alma mater and want to fund a scholarship? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org! We will continue to accept donations through October 31st.
