About
We are a group of practicing pharmacists throughout the U.S. who have organized a mutual aid movement entitled #PharmGradWishlist that aims to support emerging racially and ethnically minoritized pharmacist trainees. Racially and ethnically minoritized individuals includes, but is not limited to, those who are underrepresented in the Pharmacy profession due to systemic racism. Underrepresentation can perpetuate health disparities.
This pharmacist campaign was inspired by the successful movement of our physician colleagues at MedGradWishlist (@MedGradWishlist or MedGradWishlist.org).
"I am heartfully thankful for your generosity.”

Our Mission
To directly support emerging racially and ethnically minoritized student pharmacists as they matriculate into the profession

Our Vision
In an effort to increase equity and diversity among the pharmacy profession, we aim to provide direct support to emerging racially and ethnically minoritized pharmacist trainees. We recognize that these trainees may have a disproportionate burden of debt accrued prior to or during their training and/or transition to employment. As sponsees build their careers, they may wish to contribute to future trainees’ success.
Pharmacy Organization Partnerships
PharmGradWishlist Partners with other Pharmacy organizations to set standard supports for racially and ethnically minoritized members of partner organizations
