We are a group of practicing pharmacists across the U.S. who have organized a sponsorship movement called #PharmGradWishlist. This initiative aims to narrow health disparity gaps through supporting underrepresented pharmacist trainees.
This pharmacist campaign was inspired by the successful movement of our physician colleagues at MedGradWishlist (@MedGradWishlist or MedGradWishlist.org).

To sponsor underrepresented pharmacist trainees as they progress through the profession
PharmGradWishlist Vision
In an effort to increase inclusion across the pharmacy profession we aim to amplify underrepresented pharmacist trainees. PGWL aims to facilitate sustained sponsorship and mentorship to underrepresented trainees who may otherwise have limited access to professional networks and career advancement paths. As sponsees matriculate through their careers, we hope they will be inspired to support the success of future trainees to aid in narrowing health disparity gaps.
